Staged AutoPellet Boiler Systems

AutoPellet boilers can be staged in series to create boiler systems of up to 280KW/hr (955,399 BTU/hr). This makes a highly efficient, inexpensive way to heat institutional and industrial buildings with heat losses at, or below, 280KW/hr.

The Pelletronics control system fully automates this staging to ensure that maximum efficiency is achieved based on demand and that boilers are used evenly.

Large single boiler systems must run at turned down rates most of their operating lives leading to operation which is less efficient. These staged systems of moderate-sized boilers are much more efficient than single large boiler installations because individual boilers can be added or removed from service automatically to ensure that each system under fire is operating at, or near, its maximum efficiency.

Staged AutoPellet systems can be provided for installation in buildings or in “Energy Boxes” to be situated adjacent to the buildings they heat. Energy Boxes can be provided in output ranges from 20KW/hr (68,000BTU/hr) to 280KW/hr (955,000BTU/hr). Staged systems can be provided in output ranges from 72KW/hr (246,000BTU/hr) to 280KW/hr (955,000BTU/hr) with many increments between.
