Coverage Area:

This promotion is valid in the state of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont within 150 driving road miles of Bethel, Maine or within 60 driving road miles of Ashland, Maine. Please call for details for locations beyond this coverage area. There are minimum bulk delivery quantity requirements based on delivery distance from Bethel, Maine.

Restrictions:

  • Guaranteed delivery rates is non-transferable, has no cash value.
  • Minimum residential delivery of 3 tons is required for unless client is in the MeSys Automatic Top-Off program. Clients enrolled in the MeSys Top-Off program agree to receive delivery of pellets when Maine Energy Systems is in their region delivering pellets to other pellet clients.
  • Minimum commercial delivery of 6 tons is required.
  • Pellets are for the exclusive use in the newly installed Maine Energy System.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other wood pellet offer or promotion. This does not include qualifying State and Federal grant or rebate programs.
  • Guaranteed delivery rate bulk pellets cannot be resold.
  • Customer violation of any of these restrictions voids this promotion between Maine Energy Systems and the customer.

January 2011 through June 30, 2014 or until 1000 wood-pellet boilers are sold.
